Cambridge papers locked?

Are the cambridge papers locked? I can't seem to access them.

hmm but when i try to access to a & as level of cie it says "The webpage is not available", however when i try on other sites i am able to access them.

... but tbh i am using this section As and A level for pastpapers currently ..... may be there is a problem in your browser ...

hmm idk im using chrome right now and i tried on ie too. I will try my luck on a mobile browser and i will confirm.Okay it seems to take forever loading even if i turn on mobile data to ensure that its not my wifi causing it.
