when the examiners distribute the question papers (most often about 5 or 7 mins b4 the exam time starts), it's so easy to look through the pages inside the front page of the ppr coz the print on the papers has such a high contast, although it's not allowed to open the ppr b4 the time commences.
Y is this. i think dis creates a lot ov discrimination b/w the cands as those who can read mirror images with greater expertise enjoy an overwhelming advantage over the others who r wholly handicapped !!!
ain't it?
d u agree>?

Reading time is built in within the exam time that is allowed. So, no, if everyone has prepared how to manage time then not at all.

No it doesn't give anyone advantage. You see, once we are in the examination hall and are given the Q papers, the time for our preps is over. Hence, you cannot say that for instance if one guy sees the question earlier than some other guy would he gain the advantage, cos it all depends on his prep! If he can't make sense of the Q den no advantage to him.
