A mole is a counting unit of particles.It is a special unit used by chemists to calculate real chemical reactions in the laboratory.One mole of any substance has 6.02x10(raise to power 23) particles in it.
One mole of any substance has mass equal to its formula mass(molar mass Mr)
Moles=Mass divided by molar mass
One mole of any gas occupies a volume of 24dm3(decimeter cube) or 24000 cm3(centimeter cube) at room temperature and pressure
