Can anyone tell me what does edexcel do about their disabled students?

I know someone who has Cervical Syringomyelia well in short words his hands are extremely weak to write fast and much as in the paper particularly Biology and Chemistry ( AS level ). Does anyone have any understanding or experience of any special consideration or extra time allotted or modified paper in the exams? Any help would really be appreciated and save me some worry

Yeah I'm sure edexcel will give your friend extra time if you apply for it
