Can i get A* with these marks on my AS results?

hi guys. my marks are:
physics a(88)
math a(87)
econs a(86)

i there a substantial chance of me scoring an cie A* in my entire A levels or is it close to impossible? this is really bugging me.most my lecturer's say that its only highly possible if you score above 90. so please clear my doubt here.

you score an A* if you get an A in AS and 90+in A2
