Can i get admission in a medical college?

I am currently doing my AS..... and I want to do MBBS....................I got 5A*1A and 2Bs in Olevel (A* in phy,chem,bio,maths,islamiat, A in English and B in pkstudies and Urdu) .........despite the fact that my olevel result is not so good.......... Can I get admission in good medical college (Pakistan) especially agha khan,king Edward etc...... if I score straight As or A* in Alevel....... ????????
Any help would be appreciated........
