In pakistan, computer and electronic( telecom) engineering can be done only in engineering because chemistry is a requirement for other eng fields. However, you have so many other opps like ca, acca, econ, bba and mba, b.com m.com, bs in maths, physics etc. It depends on your aptitude and liking for a subject.
