Relating to chromatography i saw a question in which Rf values of amino acids were given and a chromatography paper drawn with two spots shown. you had to calculate the Rf value of the two drops and tell which amino acids are they(theformula for rf value was given).....i aslo saw another question saying to draw how chromatography is arried out...in mcq's the questions are rather easy
