Chances of acceptance in good university with the following result

I got 3a's (maths , phys , chem) 3b's (eng.,econ,addmaths) 1 c(bangla) in my olevel :(
I just wanted to know my chances of getting accepted into a good university (for ex. university of rochester) provided i do well in my sats and alevels .

Those grades are decent, but I'd suggest you redo your economics/math if you have the time and try to reduce your Bs and Cs. O-Levels aren't considered in the application process by many universities, and you don't need to worry about English if you get a good score in an English proficiency test like the IELTS/TOEFL. Ultimately you should be checking from this point the universities you might be applying to and check what minimum grades they require for O-Levels (or if they even require O-Level grades or not).

Check the websites of the universities you intend to apply to - they usually always provide the admission criteria. A USA university like Rochester doesn''t care much about O-level results. They care more about your AS level results, predicted grades, school results, SAT score, community service and stuff like that.
