Change in O level History from May/June 2015

As P.st P1, History paper format is going to be changed from 2015, So I wanted to know that, now we have to do sec 3 or can we still skip it? Your help will be highly aprreciated. Thanks

You have to do Section 3.
And their will be a compulsory question for you people. The first question.

In my day, i didn't even read Section 3. Barely read Section 1 and 2, and it was an easy A*.
