Changes in Pak.studies syllabus!

AOA!
As we all know that after Oct 2010 there were many changes made to paper 2 of Pak studies i.e geography e.g no answer scripts and more latitudes on Pakistan's map,sustainability concept ,development in terms of advantages and disadvantages, etc.I wanna know that can anybody here on XPF have some notes of these revised changes as they are also included in every upcoming paper from 2010 Oct onwards like seen in 2011 as well.Notes which compile all the new concepts added.THIS IS SO VERY MUCH IMPORTANT...PLEASE HELP IF ANYBODY HAS THEM ...IT WILL BE DEVILISHLY APPRECIATED!

as a word of advice (ratta marna markschemes ka)
ive made sure that the book covers everything BUT you must know how to answer the question (with the precise wording etc, so consult the markschemes and examiner reports. The detail is not too much neither less. only the electricity topic is a bit detailed)
