The grade thresholds vary per paper, per session, per year so there is no definite answer. Ideally, you should aim for 85%, just to be in the safe zone.

You can have about a margin of 5 marks in MCQS (35/40), 15 marks in p2 (65/80) and 5 marks in p4 (55/60) This is just an estimate, but you need to score at least this much to aim for an A*.
