can anyone explain what is that bond forming and bond breaking thing ?!?! thx in advance !!

just remember dis if the energy released in bond making is more than the energy needed to break the bonds than it is an exothermic reaction
and if the energy released in bond making is less than the energy needed to break bonds than it is an endothermic reaction
