Assalamoalaikum!!

well see u got to use the eqn pV = nRT...since the value of T and R is same inboth cases...let us ignore it!! so new eqn we'll use is n=pV

now for helium n = 2 x 1 = 2

for neon n = 1 x 2 = 2

so n-total will be 2 + 2 = 4
v-total = 1 + 2 = 3

since n = pV
p = n/V = 4/3 = 1 1/3...so answer is A

btw if u r confused y we r ignoring R and T...u can yake those too...but for simplicity it' possible to remove it...anyhow doesnt matters...do as u feel easy :)
