Practice 10 year papers and try to master your weak points with the mistakes you have made...
And the day before exam, just review every key points from the book and go through all the papers you have completed...

I've always wondered this - if we all agree that MCQ in Chemistry are a nightmare and that we can barely get higher than 30s then why is the curve always above 30 ;_; *insert dramatic music*
Do the pastpapers then write down the concept of the questions you made a mistake on or were confused about. I did that and believe me made a whole list of new concepts i never knew. The night before the exam I can do a paper or 2 as a final revision, revise important notes ! The day I have the exam I wake up check xtremepapers to see if there are any useful last minute tips, have breakfast and relaaaaaax!
yeah I try to do something that would put my mind off the exam, normally watch some youtube videos!Hahaha... r u sure u can relax?!!
