you should have concept of each and everything thing in sylabuss :)
dont skip anything
practise atleast last 5 years pastpapers :)

and yeah last 5-6 question would be from organic chemistry
so prepare that well :)

Right but the most important chapters are the Mole Concept, Electrolysis and Organic Chemistry; repeating in every paper. ;)
