well my query is that how to know if a solution has a ppt or has no ppt . i think if we put a white paper with the testtube and if we can see that white paper through test tube that there is no ppt is my assumption right correct me

If the solution is colourless (like clean water), it means there is no precipitate.
You can also leave the solution for a while to sit, and then against the white tile to see if there's any ppt.

I think it would be better if you compare it with distilled water or tap water.
