Can anyone give me notes for practical preparation or any tips how should i prepare for practical without doing any practical work. And notes for moles like the ones that come in practical exams will be really appreciated. Thnx

Practical skills are one of the things that are assessed in A-level Chemistry. My only advice is to take your time, read the instructions carefully and think about every step you take BEFORE YOU DO IT.

Top 4 tips for practicals exams:
Read question thoroughly
Observe keenly
Draw neatly
Label properly

An exam for Chemistry practicals requires 100% concentration on what you are doing for 2 important reasons:
It involves working with chemicals which could be toxic and/or inflammable. Your own safety is essential.
It involves giving accurate observations – you may just miss out on seeing a few bubbles or a colour change if your attention wanders to what the other students are doing!

yeah.. but wondering why now :p if am getting an "a" in gp, it will be on the borderline. Wont make it!
