Can anybody tell me whether any acidic solution can have a pH value of ZERO (0)? Thank you in advance.

Yes You Can!

When the concentration of H+ ions is equal to 1 mol.dm^-3, then applying the formula pH=-log[H+] will give a pH value of Zero. since log(1)=0
