Hi there, I have answered and basically gotten everything right except for question 4 on Paper 4 from May/June 2014. I do not know how to import the data/basically answer the whole question.

Any help would be much appreciated as being stuck in this 1 question just grinds my gears..

Since the MS didn't specify how many formulas used, I simply spammed formulas for everthing. (And SUCCESSFULLY did it, even though it was pretty forceful)
IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, VALUE, MID, COUNT, COUNTIF and Range Lock is probably some guides I can help giving.(Use all the tables named in no4)
Too bad I saved it as csv and I'm tired to re-do it again. Will try it again later when time is plenty.
