CIE Result Certificates

Hey fellow xpf members, its been more than 10 days since our results were out on the CIE Direct website, but why havent we gotten our certificates mailed to us by the British Council yet?

they sent me a msg saying that i should collect it from bc on this friday.

I called them today and they said that they will mail them to us, as they dont have them yet either.
