For The Spreadhseet search parameters, mine was something like

(area = "Asia") AND (Population in city (m) >17 OR population In Urban Areas (m) >21)

SOMETHING like that, few changes here and there, but you get the idea

we had to write 8formulas, 4 for the discount amount, 4 for the new price after the discounts

for the discount amount i got something like =b3*0.1(discount amount), other one i got =b3*0.9(amount after discount)

actually it makes sense.for example when buying a car an expert system may ask a series of questions about features, colour and type of car.

So they might accept it

its the same lol, finding 10% of something is like multiplying it by 0.1 :p

But we had to minus this 0.1 with the Orignal price not multiply

the first column asked us to find the discount, each cell is different, the first juice had a 10% discount, so =b3*0.1 is 10% of the price

the second column asked us to find the price after discount so its basically original price - discount, or the price * 0.9
