I have heard that if you are going into Computer Sciences/Software Engineering or something related; you must go for Computer Studies (or Computer Science) in A Levels.

How hard is it? I did IGCSE ICT and I find it really, really easy (in O Levels). How difficult is it? What does it include?

Also, can I do both? Is there any benefit in me for doing both?

Beneficial in what sense? Ofcourse you'll know more if you do both.

But AICT is to be preferred, since you did ICT..

The what? Everybody is telling me to do Computer Science as it helps way more and covers everything - while AICT is just a coverage of some softwares.

You mean AICT will be preferred by unis over Computer Studies? :/

No, i mean AICT is more similar to ICT.
Open up a few practical papers and you will know. It's mostly the same pattern, just more complications.
2 Theory papers, and 2 practical papers.

About the covering the knowledge, Computing is more tougher. And you didn't even do Computer studies in O-Level, so it'll be relatively new for you.
But i don't think it's a requirement of any university that you need that specific subject.
You can check up with the university you are applying to, and ask them about the requirement if they have any..

Better than not trying eh? I can drop it agar problems hoi.

Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Studies. But they say only Add Maths walon ko Further Maths milti hai loool. :/

I don't think that's a policy.. But Further Maths is one of the toughest subjects in A-Level.. Very tough!
And you haven't even studied Add-maths.. even Maths (A-Level) will be tough for you, but how you gonna manage Further maths? o_O

Very brave of you :p
