Computer Studies Booklet (Answer is wrong?)

Good day,

I wanted to ask if the answer booklet had the wrong answer for Computer Studies. The question 9 in Booklet 3.1 should have the answer 5,4,1,2. How is it possible for the answer booklet to show it as 4,2,1,2 ?

the answer if we use the question is : 5,2,1,2
i think the solver of CIE missed one car that is why he wrote 4,2,1,2..you can see the truth table..he has written `cars` four time

i notcied that too. and yea the answer is wrong
there was another question regarding check digit which i think is wrong too
