Centres receive an outline of the scenario in advance so that candidates can do
some research in preparation for the actual examination.

Is this for paper 2 or paper 3? And if it is for paper 3, that means the scenario is already out, and if I make the notes accordingly, I might as well be blamed for leaking the paper

Why would you be blamed? You are just helping candidates prepare more effectively for the examination. Besides wouldn't that mean each teacher which does this leaking? I asked Dream.Eater for scenario he said it's the following:

NP. You should consider the last year's questions more. That was web-based cruise booking system and this is internet-based booking system and so both are very very similar.

I dont think it would be possible to tailor the notes to the scenario until we get the full case study. For now I think it would be best for all of us to have the general notes so we can tackle any sort of question that comes. The only thing we can prepare for would be the systems flowchart and website...

Youre right. Its possible that they could ask an algorithm to be written like in the cruise thing. It was worth 8 marks...
