Computing practical

Can someone please explain me about computing practical in CIE alevel? Like what kind of course work we have to do, or how many course work, and/or how many days we get to finish our project? Actually i'm doing this subject without any help from any teacher, so i'm having a bit of problem understanding the whole practical thing!

The Best thing to do is refer the syllabus from the cie website and try to find a sample a level project.
