Confusion in 2nd lang urdu!

My teacher says that one should not write in brackets the expressions while writing mukalama for instance Alimuskurataay howy)........its wrong according to her.....but here are the words from june 2009 principal report for paper 1 ....QUESTION TWO ,it says:

"The majority did not waste too many words and wrote amusing and sometimes extremely amusing dialogues ,including script like comments such as (pleading) or(interrupting)."

IF SOMEONE HAS ATTEMPTED IN THIS WAY AND NOT PENALISED PLZ TELL ME AND GENERALLY ALL GIVE THEIR TEACHER'S VIEW.THANKS ALL!

oh thank u too much ofcourse plz ask your teacher my teacher says u can not write them in either brackets or inverted commas at all ......plz do ask the pattern of formal and informal letter as well .are there marks for pattern as well?thanks in advance!
