Confusion????????

is grade A* available for olevels because after reading this http://www.cie.org.uk/docs/recognition/Recognition and Equivalency Help Pack Feb 04.pdf l noticed that A* is only for igcse and A is the the highest grade in olevels?this is in the year 2007 so please tell me that it is thr in olevels or not?as in 2009 thr were some changes?
