how to correct the spelling of name if spelled ncorrectly. plz post any form that i will need for this

he is trying to say that he had given wrong spelling of his name for the statement of entry

for that case your should urgently contact "british council "

boss the thing is i appeared in my Olevels in november 2009 and noticed now that i spelled my name "Muhammad with Muhammed" now i want to correct it and i contacted british council but was not realy satisfied thats why I posted my problem here

yar they xplained k when u can get alternate certificates conditions etc but i got no form or how to make the correction
