nice one ..... Maduro Just be calm and trust Allah .... I have gone through whole of CIE experience for the past 5 years :p ;) there were many ups and downs and things like that ..... i remember i used to sit in my specific chair in the gallery of our home , thinking about my results either good or bad .... before i could even decide that i got nice grades or not :\ :p :p more of an analyst you know ! :p ;) :) ....

Obviously the sudden affect was there of listening the result the very very first time .... but i tried to fade that away....... i dont know why :\ :p All ma relatives and parents especially father always consoled me on the thought that i might think that i got lesser than I worked hard......

What ever Allah do is the best and He surely is the Best Planners! My 'B' in Islamiat let me down ...It was not like that i hate B's .... just the thought that many pupils have of working hard day and night ;) :p :\ :( .......

the very first result i gave in my Olevels ..... :\ :( :( I was depressed alot , alot . Father consoled me and quoted the above stated thing. I reappeared and MashaAllah got an A* which otherwise if i had gone for recheck might have gone for an A that too one in hundred chance and Allah helped me score an A* :D :) Alhamdulilah.... and the same thinking and help of Allah and prayers of relatives and parents led me score straight A's in Olevels and Straight A's in Alevels MashaAllah , Alhamdulilah ... although i got a 'B' in AS Physics and repeated that too ...... God is Great :) :)

[ I am not boasting about anything just helping my fellows sis and bros who may be depressed by the result :) ]

So Allah knows what is best for us. Initially there is surely some kind of inner feeling of depression and disappointment. But think of it as a challenge and score high later.Giving your best shot matters alot. Like they say "Har cheese main koi na koi behtari hoti hai" ...... think about that "behtari" (good things) in the scenario and that will make you feel extra fine and relaxed ...... Having stress wont lead to improved results automatically :p ;) :) :D ..... Work really hard thinking about the future and leave rest to Allah Almighty .... and Relax.... have a cool drink in one hand and the book in another on a soft comfortable sofa and enjoy life :p ( Donot dose off !!! thinking about the sofa i thought its better to warn too :p ) ....

[If anyone feels disturbed by my words or anything I am sorry about that and please do inform without hesitation so that I am careful in future ]

JazakAllah

May Allah Almighty help us all and give us what is best for us! Ameen

So , I'm a relatively new member here , and some of you may feel like I don't get to jump in and act all mature and give advice but I just wanted to something , so if anyone feels irritated by what i'm about to say , my apologies , that was not my intention.
Every year numerous students appear in CIE exams (both O and A level). All of them what the best grades. Only a few of them achieve that goal. Why?
Because the real test begins after the exam. Your life is the actual test. Allah won't judge you by seeing how many A* you got. He will judge you on basis of your actions. The actual test is the result itself.
By giving some of us lesser than others , He tests our faith. Are we happy in getting whatever little our Creator blessed us with? Or do we cry about how our hard work went to waste? Do we decide to improve in the future and believe that our Creator is with us ? Or do we curse and say that ''CIE examiners are imbeciles''. If you think that it's your birth right to get the grades you want , then , sorry to say, you don't even deserve what ever little grades He blessed you with.

Be happy in whatever you got. If you didn't get the grades you wanted , or didn't get into your dream university , don't wrap up in a blanket.

''Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up.''

Have faith in Allah. Whatever you planned for yourself , He has better plans. And His plans are the ones you will ultimately benefit from . Allah loves us more than 70 times our mother. So believe in His decision.

Allah knows best.

Amazing ... :)
