Find the first derivative with respect to x.
The main problem is the derivative of 8/X^2 or 8*X^(-2).. The derivative is -2*8*X^(-3)=-16/X^3
You can solve the rest of the problem.. The derivative of 2x is 2. So the dy/dx is 2-16/X^3
Now use a similar method to find the double derivative: Derivative of 2 is 0. d/dx(-16/X^3)= 48/x^4
So d2y/dx2=48/x^4
