desperate for help !

Asalamalikum everyone, i am in desperate need of help regarding physics... i will be appearing in my CIEs in may/june 2016 inshaAllah and my school is totally failing at providing quality teachers n tuition is an issue too... so any notes ( i'd prefer a bit detailed one's though), useful websites, recommendations of any books will be highly appreciated.
right now i'd really like some help for the chapter current electricity, the syllabus states of describing the use of ammeters with different ranges, as i am studying it all by myself i can not figure the hell it is, its not even in my book... so please help me guys....

i do but i got mocks in about a month or so n right now i hardly score above 70 in physics i need at least an 80, i need to start preparing, i really need help
