Who the hell told you that? Theres no "number" of seats for anyone. You just give the entry tests and the top students are choosen (some 1500 or so) and adjusted in fields according to their position in entry test and their personal preferences.
it has nothing to do with whether you did A or Fsc.
All depends on your performance in entrance test.

Infact its the SAT seats which are extremely limited in nust.

Again "there is no "fixed" seats for A level students"
