Difference b/w first and second round- LUMS?

do applicants with more average results have higher chances of getting in through the second round?
Should i just wait to apply in the second round?

*will be applying for the fall 2016 session

Most people here are in O and A'Level, so they wouldn't know. I suggest you post to pakgamers.com or some other site for a proper answer.
