differnce of 10 %

is there always a differnce of 10 % in A, B , C , D gardes ?

like if for a certain subject A is at 83 %
is that so that then B would be at 73 %
is that so that then C would be at 63 %

no there is not 10% difference always.It might vary from grade to grade

well, there is not always a differnce of 10 % in the grades
this only happens in schools
but in cambridge there is not 10 % of difference in the grade boundries

for example for a certain subject if A is at 83 % so this does not mean B would be at 73 % , it could be at 78 %,77%,77% (varies)
