A1. They just ask about Holy prophet SAW's relations with the jews.
Though the expulsion is as follows.
Banu Qainuqa were the first to break the charter of madinah. They were goldsmiths. They planned and fought against the Muslims between the period of the Battles badar and Uhad. Therefore they were the first to be expelled from Madina.
Banu Nazir was the second tribe to breach the charter. They planned to kill Prophet SAW. Kaab bin ashraf from this tribe also wrote insulting poetry against the Muslim women. They instigated the Quraish to take revenge from Muslims. They were ordered to leave Makkah within ten days but they locked themselves up in their fortresses. Holy Prophet lead an army which laid siege to these fortresses. The tribe surrendered after few days. Their jewellry making tools were confiscated. This tribe later settled at Khyber.
Banuq Quraiza had at first refused to betray the Muslims. But in the battle of trench, they abandoned their homes in Madinah and openly joined the Makkans. Quran mentions this "..They intended nothing but to run away." (33:9) After the battle they were told to leave Madinah but they refused to accept this and would only agree on the decision of Hazrat Maaz bin Saad. He decided according to their scripture that the men were to be executed and the women and children to be taken as captives.

2. a) Hazrat Abu Ubaidah was one of the Ashra Mubashra. He was one of the earliest converts to Islam and was influenced by Hz Abubakr. He bore persecution for his faith as well. Holy Prophet said "There is a custodian for every Ummah and Abu Ubaidah is the custodian for this Ummah". He migrated to Abysinia in the earlier batches and later migrated to Madinah after Holy Prophet. He faced and killed his father in Badr. He lost his tooth while protecting Holy Prophet in the Battle of Uhad. He was also the commander of one of the four battalions in the conquest of makkah. He took part in all major expeditions during Prophet's life.
I haven't done about Hz Saad.
And Imam Jafar Sadiq came after the life of Prophet and is a descendant. He is one of the twelve Imam's.

I'd rather suggest doing the first four of the ten blessed companions and their conversion stories. And any two others.
Such as either Hz Talha, Zubayr or Abu Ubaidah.
In scribes: Only Hazrat Zaid bin Sabit and Abdullah Ibne Masud.
In wives: Only focus on Hazrat Khadija.
Descendants: Hazrat Fatima, Imam Hassan, Imam Hussain, Imam Mehdi.

Rest is upon you people. I've just done these. Good luck :)
