I didn't write the answer to the estimation question correct to 1 sig. fig.!!!!!How many marks was that Qs for???????

my acceleration is 0.75
some of friends also got 0.8 and 0.7
the correct values would b more than one.

i got 0.8, all my frndz have diff. answers..........

it was 36, not 38. (0.50*8*9 = 36)

yes .. if it was to the nearest cm .. thm 4m = 400 cm ..right ,..thn the error wud be 1cm/2 =0.5cm ...
so wudnt the lower bound of string be 400-0.5 =399.5cm ???????????

Its actually correct to the nearest 10cm.
10/2=5
Therefore, 400cm-5cm=395cm.
