Distinction announcements?

Hi,

I wanted to know when the distinctions or highest graders are announced and would it still be announced to me if I was a private candidate. I got my provisional results online though.

For the exam October/November 2014 As Level Mathematics

I think it's gonna be announced soon.
Distinctions as far as I know are for both Private and School Candidates.
But I think they don't provide scholarships for October/November exams.

I didn't know anything about scholarship. Can you tell me more about it?
