first we will tell the benefits of exploitation of resources like it will increase employment, GDP, living standard and etc but these r all short run benefits and than tell about the disadvantage of exploitation of resources and benefits of conservation than in last say its is better to find substitute of that resources to maximize there benefit and conserve it also
