It's a low credit. In my country we are graded with A1 and A2 (Aces) B3 and B4 (High Credits) C5 and C6 (Low credits) D7 and E8 (Just passes) U (Ungraded/Fail)

I think the answer is measurement of value.

no it was STORE OF VALUE ...means money can be saved.
measurement of value..means a value can be placed on sth, or can be in monetary terms
standard of deffered payment means ..it can be BORROWED OR LEND..so it doesnt involve savings
