this is a normative question. however, one can say that demand-deficient unemployment is the worst because it can only be reduced if the demand is created. If the demand is not created then the unemployment would continue to persist.!!

also, the least would be, in my opinion, frictional as this is when people are between the jobs and would take up available job. This type of unemployment is always present in the economy.
The least and worst would depend upon the rate at which it is increasing, the future prospects, and the contribution it does to the level of unemployment..

cyclical employment is worst type of employment as it is gives birth to inflation as well.. frictional and structural unemployment are always present
