Is there any easy way to memorize the spectrum and the wavelengths??

Mate - micro
In - infrared
Very - visible
Unusual - ultraviolet
eXpensive - Xrays
Gardens - gamma

Thats the way I remember the order of wavelengths.
As for the actual values, good luck, as you'll probably have to do rote memorization
