Well, are there any relevant formats in writing?
What's the difference between an informal and a formal letter, and is it compulsory to differentiate

If your taking it as a 2nd language you will have to write 1 summary , 1 letter and an article. There's no specific way to write, just make sure you keep within the word limit and remember to write "Dear [Name]" at the beginning of your letter and "Sincerely Yours" at the end.
