You should first talk about the family and social issues then the health and safety issues and depending on your opinions you should talk about the useful effects of technologies if you are with it or the other harmful effects of technologies if you are against it. And then you are supposed to take both sides of the arguement by contradicting some of your views. Usually in these kind of questions you can make out by the points that the family and safety topic is a negative view and so you can contradict it by giving positive views from your thoughts.

oh and about writing the positive and negative views of the family or safety issues, you can write all positive stuff about these two and then write the negative stuff as your view or vice versa to develop both sides of an arguement

Mine was amazing Alhumdulillah! To be honest I was very conscious about the effects part before a few months but what we are really supposed to be worried about are question 1 and 3 since they hold more marks as compared to question 2. No problem! I know these resources are very useful :D
