English language requirement...???

hye guys.. i read on English requirement criteria o unisf like : "London school of Economics n Politics" n "university of Waterloo Canada," that a student with not 1st language as English shall have certificate of either IELTS or TOEFL or GCSE O_level English 1ST LANGUAGE min grade B ...

i have , or almost most of the Cambridge students, have given exam for O_LEVEL ENGLISH 2ND LANGUAGE, so how to tackle the situation cuz there is not much time left to go for IELTS or TOEFL..??
