its simple actually....for eg, ur given a statement "Teenagers today are rebellious by nature." write for/against this topic
So if ur writing for...ur supporting d cause, n if ur writing against, ur disagreeing with this sentence...
Both essays will start with a general overview of d situation, n in d 'for' essay u hv 2 put points (proofs) supporting d statement...usually 1 point per para...shud include 3-4 major pnts, n 1-2 minor...
n if ur writnig agnst, put pnts against d topic...
Hope this helps, but i suggest u talk 2 ur teacher abt it as well...:D
