I know this is a different paper than the one I'd given, so I'd like to know what is tested in the written paper, plz.

For IGCSE English 0510 (speaking/oral endorsement) read the table on pg18 of this syllabus content ….there are a total of 6 components, candidates studying for the core syllabus give paper 1, 3 , 5/6 and the extended candidates aiming to achieve an A* give papers 2, 4, 5/6 >> 164340-2016-syllabus.pdf

For GCE o level English (1123) all students give two papers each one divided into 2 sections.. check the syllabus content for more detail …. i think husnain and cool fire boy will be appearing for these one >> 204248-2017-syllabus.pdf

Would love to hear any sort of advice or suggestions since you've given your paper

I gave IGCSE Eng 0500 (http://papers.xtremepapers.com/CIE/Cambridge IGCSE/English - First Language (0500)/) in 2012.
Maybe the times have changed a lot LOL but our teacher would make us along with practicing papers. That's my suggestion, whichever paper you're gonna appear for, ever. All the best!

And when I was myself an upset and anxious mess, my friends suggested me this prayer

اللّهُمَّ لا سَهْلَ إلا ما جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلا وَأنتَ تَجْعَلُ الحَزْنَ إذا شِئْتَ سَها
…. ‘O Allah! There is no ease except that which You make easy, and indeed You, when You want, make difficulties easy.’

So make your prayers to Allah with the fullest faith and call upon your Lord by His beautiful names, An Naseer – the helper, the best of helpers; Al Mujeeb- the ever responsive; As Same’-the all Hearing; Al Mu’tee – the giver and so on….. Also know that the help will come whenever and however He wills for He knows our needs better than we do ourselves , he needs no praise, for He is above all praise, the prayer is only for our own spiritual education, consolation and confirmation..….most of us want them to be answered the very next moment but things turns out to be different and we suffer long and in doing so we lose hope and our faith weakens, while the very reason Allah makes us go through hard times is so that we remember and turn to Him more often as a result of which one gets closer to Him and what more than to increase for yourself the love of your Divine Creator!
