i want to ask a question...is a candidate penalized if he/she writes below the line.....like exceeds the space and then writes below.....does the examiner consider it or he just consider what is written on the lines (space of answer).....

no you wont be penalized, but your extended answer will only be checked if you have drawn a line with a pencil and have extended your answer there!
