what my cousin was told that, when he was applying at NUST, that he had to get the Equivalency certificate from HEC Isb...for which he had to do you know a lot of Khuwari and it was hard for him to apply as a local student to get the admission, he applied as an international student and got accepted on SAT basis...

Google IBCC equivalence, the website has all details, i obtained my equivalence certificate in january
