@hassam...I have see ms of many years ..and u can write the absolute uncertanity of time ..from 0.1 s to 0.6s...if u want exact u can use 0.2 s ans absolute uncertanity for time..

The uncertainty for standard stopwatch is +/- 0.05s (0.1s / 2). It depends on the stopwatch you are using...

If your measurement is 1.5s, then

% uncertainty = +/- (0.05 / 1.5) x 100% = +/- 3.33 %
